Melvin Charles Smith

Melvin Charles Smith Sr was born June 5, 1956, to LLoyd B. Smith and Melba Smith in Norfolk Virgina. Melvin attended Odom Junior High School in Beaumont Tx, but graduated from Central Senior High School, Kc, Mo. in 1975. After graduating from high school Melvin attended Baker University for one year. Melvin was a football athlete in high school and college. He excelled in football that Melvin tried out for several NFL teams. Melvin worked at Alex Charmers for a number of years. Melvin leaves to cherish his memory: son, Melvin Smith Jr (Chucky), son, Marcus Haynes, Daughter Myeika Smith. One sister Valerie Randanz (Jesper) of Wisconsin, Ronald Smith Sr (Linda) KCK, Christopher Smith Sr (Hilda) Pearland Tx, Melvin was preceded in death by: father LLoyd B Smith, Mother Melba Smith, brothers John Smith Sr, Donald Smith, Edward Lewis Sr (Beaumont Tx).

Nieces Ruby Bertrand (Beaumont Tx), Tiffany Smith (Kc, Mo.), Nephew Ronald Smith Jr (KCK). Melvin leaves a host of other nieces and nephews to remember his legacy.
