Juan Manuel Robledo Ortiz was born on December 24th, 1953, to Ramon Robledo and Antonia Ortiz in Aguascalientes, Mexico. He entered eternal rest peacefully on May 10th, 2025, in Lenexa, KS. Juan always stood on the strong foundation of his faith in God. He read the Bible daily and his family finds comfort in knowing that he had unshaken faith until his last day.
Juan was raised in San Antonio de Peñuelas, Mexico. On January 21st, 1978, he married his wife, Maria, after meeting at a party. They later had 3 children whom he was very close to. During his time in Mexico, he worked at a Coca Cola Factory and owned a food truck. In the U.S.A., he worked at Cici’s Pizza, Fazolis and lastly at Pizza Street. Juan was always a customer favorite. Customers looked forward to seeing him as soon as they walked through the door because of his contagious smile and positivity.
One of his favorite things to do was gardening. He enjoyed planting produce for him and his wife to use in the kitchen and even had the opportunity to plant a tree in front of his home. His family will miss seeing Juan outside trimming his tree and enjoying the sun and the birds. When he wasn’t outside, he enjoyed watching his favorite shows, El Chavo, Familia Peluche, El Toro and taking naps. His heart was full when he was able to spend time with his family playing Jenga, dancing or reading the bible. He also enjoyed making coffee for his loved ones. Juan was a great husband, father, brother, grand-father and father-in-law. His family was always united and loved spending time together. He was hardworking, loved to help others and never failed to make anyone around him laugh. May his life serve as a testimony of the power of constant prayer and the love of God.
Juan is survived by his wife, Maria Asuncion Romo; children, Jaime Robledo, Hector Robledo and Araceli Robledo; one grandson and five granddaughters. They will always hold him close in their hearts forever.
