Ignacio “Nacho” Dolores Vargas

Ignacio passed away October 4th, 2019 in Kansas City, Missouri. Ignacio was born February 1st, 1938 in Waco, Texas, the son of Severa Fisher Vargas. Ignacio owned and operated Vargas Custom Body Shop in Kansas City, Missouri. He is credited with popularizing hydraulics in Kansas City as well as being a figure of the low rider community. Ignacio is survived by his children; Ignacio Vargas Jr, Antonio Ignacio Vargas Sr., Karla Servin, and Gerreka Gonzalez, and his grandchildren; Italina Silva, Angel Gonzalez, Belen Gonzalez, Antonio Ignacio Vargas Jr., Paloma Ramos, Filiberto C. Ramos III, Galilea Ramos; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends. Ignacio was preceded in death by his mother, Severa Fisher Vargas.
